Projects Legal Documentation

In addition to the information available on Colony's Platform, such as the deck and tokenomics, projects raising funds through Colony's application must provide legal documents to Colony Lab's team.

These documents include, but are not limited to:

• Certificate of Formation

• Memorandum of Association

• Shareholders IDs

• A Legal Opinion confirming that the project token is not a security

Furthermore, a standard legal contract will be executed between Colony Lab LTD and each project, delineating the terms and conditions of the Early-Stage Program agreement between the two parties.
