On-chain Signing Messages

Early-Stage Feature users:

Before Early-Stage users send their USDC investment to the fundraising contract (NEST), an on-chain message must be signed. This message serves as an acknowledgment and agreement to the Liability Waiver contained within it. By utilizing the Colony Lab platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and liability waiver. If there is any disagreement with any part of this waiver, users should not sign the on-chain message and refrain from using the Platform.

Projects:

Before withdrawing the USDC funds raised, projects must sign an on-chain legal message. By signing this message, projects acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined in the disclaimer and understand that they will be entering into a legal relationship with all users of Colony Lab who have made USDC investments in their project through a dedicated NEST.
