NEST is a custom investment pool used for fundraising on Colony's Early-Stage platform. Each project has its own NEST, allowing KYC-ed users to participate in a seed/private token sale by committing their ANT tokens as collateral within Projects' NESTs. Through this commitment, users unlock opportunities to invest in USDC during seed/private token sales. Once the USDC contribution is committed, the ANT tokens are released, ready for further commitment to other projects' NESTs. As evident from the above, accessing a project NEST requires users to possess ANT tokens (received when staking CLY) and undergo KYC. You can learn more about ANT tokens below:
